Wow just when you thought couldn't get more ridiculous. "nah don't pay us back the debt now, just let us convert to equity at the placement price of 0.005 so we get it back twofold". Whats even more ridiculous is that its worded like its a positive announcement, sadly retail investors will blindly fall victim to this kind of dodgy car salesmen rhetoric.
