G88 was a classic case of obfuscation. Or incompetence. Or both. They hit laterites, but announced to market as “nickel”. Technically correct, but of course we all know that “all nickels are equal, but some nickels are more equal than others”. And when G88 came clean about the fact that they found low grade laterites - the market punished them severely, and rightly so.
