The points sentia made do make sense. RAU is a busy phase right now with upgrade and socialisation works to be done. They should not waste any time in doing the prospectus way of raising capital. Hopefully with this quick capital raising, the fund will be put to good use.
BTW, the share price is not on a dive. It may imply that the new investors are serious about RAU and not wanting to make a few quick bucks by selling immediately. This may also imply something positive is coming out that's why the new investors are holding. I'd like to think of it this way.
