For goodness ake keep up with the information that uis abundantly available.

I posted last night the relevant information that was voted on at the AGM.
If you care to look back atv thet post which appears just below the System post about the placement announcement you will see the details of the issue.

There are no "mates rates" involved. It is simply the working of the market.
If I remeber correctly the issue of the shares was to be at 80% of the recent market share price for the last 5 trading days ....or something like that.

Stop moaning and go and get informed.
