To me that says the placement was closed at $10M. So that includes a the $2.5m in oversubscriptions.
SPP is $5M (once again I am not sure where you are getting your numbers from). So total raise is $15m.

So $25M (estimated costs) - $15M (Capital) = $10M (Shortfall).

Happy to wait for the end of the fund raising. These are my calculations from how I have read the announcements

Don't forget that they will not need this money for some time.

I had already factored in a debt arrangement to cover any perceived shortfalls but given today's announcement, I have no doubt that they will be able to secure funding from any number of tier one lenders.

They will have forward commitments from new clients which in effect locks in a reliable revenue stream. That's all the lenders want to see.
