That's a big ask. Which part of the formula hasn't gone right here? Good assets with supposedly great upside with debt funding to backfill (so less dilution). Was the pricing not right maybe? The details around the debt financing are a bit skinny but supposedly this was from a supportive source? It will be interesting to see where this shortfall finds a home.
