Alcidion is keeping a close eye on the post capital raise share price. To date, the information available to the company indicates on market buying by both institutional and retail investors.
Read it however you want but it does support the hypothesis here in relation to institutional accumulation. We have seen Mr 10 shares and Ms 8 shares in the recent trading patterns.
Management and board focus remains on improving the fundamentals of the business and sustainable rate of share price growth.
Management is in constant contact with a range of institutional investors and is planning a roadshow in Feb shortly after the 4C.
With the amount of shares that both the board and management holds, their interest is strongly aligned to ours!
