take the last 4 years, the SP is still at the same level, yet directors have pocketed $400k each over this period, equivalent to more than a CR. How long can Holders afford their pay? Regardless of another company you quote, there is a limit in anyones mind that this wee stock can afford this.
I suggest a shift to a performance based remuneration. No pay whatsoever until the SP is SUSTAINABLY held on a growth path.
Shareholders don't finance Centrelink. Why should they they pay for total non performance within the ASX company range for No real results after such a protracted long time.
But another CR is anon so to keep paying them.
