"Guys, we haven't wrapped up the MLX takeover yet so just stretch the DFS out a bit further. Start another study or something, maybe review some historical assay database, just keep yourselves busy for a few months. In the meantime we'll keep depleting the bank account so when the time comes to vote on the takeover at the shareholder meeting we can put the gun to the head of our shareholders and feed them some garbage about the ability to continue as a going concern if the vote doesn't get up"
