are mlx allowed to vote. i am assuming they have to get 75% to pass it. looking at the quartery admin cost are quite high, pity there wasn't another large shareholder that could put forward resolution to get rid of the current board/some management that appear to be very well paid and in mlx's pocket.
anyone know some other gold companies with similar assets/market cap. when i find cheap one's takeover becomes a problem. scared this is about to happen to bcd which is my largest holding, a couple of big players coming on board.
recon we will start seeing a lot of takeovers in the junior gold sector. bit disappointing when you go to a lot of trouble to find bargains and have someone step in to steal you future potential gains.
i want to own shares in wgr with a good board running it not mlx. be buying if merger get voted down.
