It is good on the surface that it has gone from 41% in May to 50% in September. That is approximately 9% of registry which should be in longer term hands now and hopefully the dumping should slow down. and possible buyers step up...

Interesting that Matt Walker is director of Cicero Group and looks to have sold out 36.9mil shares from Twentieth Century Motor Group but Gitmans, Wallace and others have picked up a lot more...

Simplisite Business Solutions (Simplisite), a company related to Cam Worth, provided various software and support services to the Group including the development and commercialisation of the Wangle App. During the year, Simplisite provided services to the amount of $784,140 (2016: $1,174,191). As at 30 June 2017, an amount payable of $2,970 (2016: $121,854) remains outstanding. A monthly fee of $10,000 (exc. GST) is paid to Cicero Corporate Services Pty Ltd (CCS), a company related to Mr Robinson for corporate administration services including financial reporting, company secretarial services, rent and administrative operations. Since Mr Robinson’s reappointment as a Director of the Company, CCS provided services to the amount of $50,303 (2016: $195,676). As at 30 June 2017, a nil amount payable (2016: nil) remains outstanding. ZipTel Limited (ZipTel), a company related to Keaton Wallace; provided support staff and office amenities to the Group. During the year, ZipTel provided services to the amount of $8,931 (2016: $2,962). As at 30 June 2017, a nil amount payable (2016: $458) remains outstanding.

October might be the month that the pirate ship starts to turn after a very painful last 12 months....
