The former version of Guidance Note 33 explained ASX’s policy to removea long term suspended entity from the official list in circumstances where an entity remained suspended for acontinuous period of three years.
Since 20 July 2016, ODN’s securities have remained suspended pending re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 ofthe listing rules.
Under the former Guidance Note 33 policy, ODN is due for removal from the official list on20 July 2019."
