All investors want to see is the funding and trading again, the rest is all bs.
First it was the Pegg $2m which turned out to be bs and now they want us investors to believe that they can come up with $1.5m even though they have had zero interest to date.
PIL is a good example of why you should only invest what you are prepared to lose, i have already written off this investment and will have nothing to do with any future company that any of these people happen to get involved with.
