Ferroglobe is living in the future. The company’s share price reached a 52-week high of $6.80 per share before closing at $6.66, up 7.42% or 46¢. The market cap is now $1.19-billion. The 52-week low as 40¢.

The ZCE’s January 2022 ferrosilicon contract sprang to life today, increasing rmb204 to rmb9,828 per mt on 443,276 contracts changing hands. There were rumors—again—that the government was planning to raise the export duty on ferrosilicon.
