When they do communicate the info is often IMO somewhat misleading, one example was they announed the board in the new Talleys BRL venture BRL said it had a board make up in line with the 65%/ 35% ownership split, whilst technically correct the BT board has more BRL representatives the constitution of the new company stated that both parties have equal say.........so the number each party has on the board is irrelevant
