very true, corruption and arrogance.
I would not blame Talleys for wanting to keep the cash inside the BT mining company as BRL seem to be very good at spending it and not returning it to SHers in any positive form.
I suspect Talleys at board level will have a number of reasons why the cash should stay inside BT mining, including, BRL ongoing court case, keeping BT mining in control of limited infrastructure and major works on the 2.5km bucket line.
Talleys are a very well managed company at corperate level........BRL often IMO seem to be left wanting in this department
