My guess is a number of traders bought shares and options and I think they have been steadily losing patience as most are chasing quick profits.

Highly unlikely to see 0.2c, I will be buying plenty if 0.3c becomes available. Over 47 Million still in the buy queue at 0.3c.

Small market Cap miners and explorers rarely have tight registers, I'm not worried about short term, medium term this will be much higher. Unfortunately the majority of HC posters and ASX retail holders need instant gratification and keep chasing the next big thing and just end up losing money all the time!
