Objectively this has been derisked to a huge extent with the JV.
That presents an opportunity.
Obviously he was talking about otherwise sound stocks and I doubt he ever dipped his toes into this end of the market, but the fact remains.
It won't be quick, and people inevitably will lose interest.
But as far as risk:reward cases go, this one seems worth it (for me, obviously not investing advice to anyone else).
