You don't understand the set up.
3 Million US in funding will go to the Joint Venture company once it is fully established. It isn't fully established yet.
None of the money goes directly to MRQ, except for a small amount monthly to fund admin costs until the JV is up and running.
There was a CR in July, add $800k to the balance!
