penny stocks have been in the gutter for the last 3 to 4 years. markets have crashed recovered crashed recovered and now another crash. what will another red day makes a difference to world of penny stocks.
for all you know company can issue the updated study tomorrow and you have a bunch of fools on this register that would still sell down.
what we need is couple of new substantial holders on register.
