I am not as confident as you re the future, ambitious.
1. The company has gone nowhere in sales nor profit for 4 odd years.
2. The founder was looking for a buyout a couple of years ago and nothing came.
3. They always talk of their great products, but it isnt matched by growth.
4. I suspect they are overweight technical smarts (lots of awards) and underweight business smarts to convert that into profit for shareholders.(how basic is it to have enough working capital to fund sales???)The management team is almost completely unchanged for yonks, so where is the impetus for doing things differently from the failed past going to come from???
for all that I do hold a small amount in the hope that they get bought out.
