One whole year chasing the LTR contract and talking this up for it to suddenly go poof. Hope they at least got reimbursed for submitting the first proposal. Did LTR take the proposal, went to the competitor and got it done cheaper? I come from an agency background and see this happen all the time! Company time wasted + opportunity cost = shareholder money torched!
