If I could read the future, I wouldn't be fiddling with MAT!
I would think that they are announcing something about a milling contract--- but unless they are announcing a totally done deal, I don't see it helping the price that much.
And consider this: cost of trucking is a factor, digging and bulldozing a factor, and the milling cost. pretty tight on 2.75 at mt. henry, more room at scotia. lets keep our fingers crossed- probably be released by late today or tomorrow.
