This is a classic exercise in the risk-reward management. Different risk appetites of investors will produce different investment strategies. I used this as an opportunity for my entry into EUR.
In my understanding, EUR sourced money from the CR parties at a significant discount by pitching to them that once DFS is out - it will be produce a swift rerate thus strengthening and de-risking CR parties positions that they took at .130.
