Yes, management are getting sick of shareholders telling them to get a move on with their promotion, OMH is a juicy takeover target if they don't get the share price higher. The analysts are based in Asia and the Malaysian Bursa trading numbers are even worse than the ASX.
I feel sure there are many OMH shareholders calling for more market recognition. OMH management are also disappointed so they're now doing more investor Zoom presentations as well as analyst site visits. I don't think OMH pays for any research report.
I'd doubt any placement unless the share price goes up substantially, the CEO and his wife stand to lose too much through dilution ( they own 20%)
Once the dividend policy is put in place it should attract more interest, the dividend policy was mentioned in the Friday Zoom webinar. ( should be available to post it next week )
