What about the div policy...why is that an issue?
They need money to pay for the 25% and they do not have enough, so they have to come to the market in the form of a loan or share placement or combination or convertible etc. etc.
It seems that they take a long time to decide on what it will be...they announced already 6 months ago, and they probably had some thoughts how to finance the deal at that time. So the question is how much money they will pay themselfs and how much through issues.
So what is left can be used to pay as div?
And if they pay a div, would that be picked up by the market....they first have to show continuity to get value investors on board.
Well, feels like a solid company but a little slow mover...take over target sounds interesting, but too many shares probably held by management who is not willing to sell I guess? or am I wrong?
