Its very strange whats been happening with the shorter, they have been selling on the market and then suddenly the shares have been returned without buying on the market. This has happened several times now.
On the 26th October the shorters position dropped by 174,900 shares. Down from 285,187 to 111,287 shares, however on the 26th Oct only 29,105 shares were traded on the ASX, meaning that the shorter must be paying the owner for the loaned shares.  Obviously the shorter realises that it would be impossible to buy the shares back on the market at a lower price.
This has happened 3 times now, once on the 12th Sept ( down by 230,585 shares ), 5th Oct (down by 257,700 shares ) and now 26th Oct. ( down 174,900 shares).
