Asked the question but didn't get answered really! Vaguely at the end mention was made about Chinese labour risk which is minimal but important in that they hold high level positions. So 2023 expansion up to guidance price already at bottom and priced in. Dividend policy to be formalised once the OMS is purchased. Funding needed for further upgrades later this year.
