Yes seems company does not much care about shareprice.
Although they are heavily invested, but as they never will exit they just do not care much about the price.
Why be publicly listed? If you need money they choose to borrow, instead of issuing shares when you create more liquidity.
Put a floor under the shareprice with a buyback is also a good idea....they rather use the money to payback their loans.
So why not get this of the market for 1$ and everbody goes their own way.
