You're reading into it too much and if this is what you base your decision on to to buy/sell you need to do more research.
It's a good way to quickly summarise and compare holes. Up until now our best hole was 17 with 200g/m (86.45m @ 2.29g/t) and about 10 other holes over 100g/m out of 65 holes reported so far. 300g/m straight away tells me it's one of the best mineralised holes we've hit by a 100 g/m margin.
Yes there are a lot of other things to consider like depth, relative location to other reported holes as well as how spread out that mineralisation is down hole - all of which are clearly outlined in the announcement. Whether this method of reporting is useful or not doesn't change the results themselves which were quite spectacular especially given the location.
