Hence you should not be saying half the stuff your implying. Particularly if you run the business in Australia.
Similiar statements have not meet regulatory standards - especially recently.
And being anonymous may not cover you if your intentions / actions are opposite and you have outed yourself.
Maybe follow up and see which way legislation is heading.
My inclination through my training is your probably still safe.
But not for long.
