I too had suspicions about the raise but spoke with the company and have a lot more confidence in their working cap position.
Bruce is no mug. he knows this Brazilian asset inside out. we've paid bugger all for it and the upside is real. we've raised a very small amount of equity in the scheme of things and now our liquidity position is bullet proof.
onwards and upwards!
