I'd add, given that sfx has just raised money to enable them to look at additional investment opportunities, one might want to factor in additional future earnings into the forecast which will hopefully come with the deployment of those funds.
If we don't do this (or at least reduce the shares on issue to compensate or adjust for cash assets) then we are creating a more diluted view of PE than is fair.
