While I did find the cartoon response to @Franpower quite funny, I think it's too early to post it just yet. The real 'proof in the pudding' as he calls it will be on 28 March when they announce what (if anything) has been done with the shortfall.
If, as I think@Franpower is suggesting, it gets placed to institutions, this will be a very positive sign. Particularly given where the current share price is, those that take it up will be doing so because they identify the deep value here and not just because it looks like a stag trading opportunity.
