Let's assume we only add back 'cash value' of $30mik for the extra shares rather than assuming an investment of circa $20mil might add an NPV of $80mil (which is the only reason one would proceed with the investment):
50% share of TB NPV ~$700mil
cash backing ~$30mil
total ~$730mil
shares on issue ~406mil
theoretical value per share $1.80
hardly discount evaporated on my maths
