in simple terms
1) scale of the deposit determines cutoff grades, based on a comparison to Nova though it would seem these grades are well in the ballpark.
2) at this stage a lot more drilling for a start but a long list of others once that's done. Size wise at these grade I'd have said something around d 2Mt is a good start.
3) No long way to go but appears the on the way
