    Very good breakdown, dman. They are capturing the bigger picture.

    Is MGV still offloading their 7.5M shares? It could explain the strong volume on the sell side. Otherwise there maybe a reason to release this news one day earlier than expected....... in anticipation of another announcement later in the week.
