CR… I’ll say it again!
They still have 212,959,141 shortfall shares available for placement at the Directors discretion within 3 months of the closing date per section 1.5 of the Prospectus.
The revised closing date was extended to 1/6/2023 which means they still have 1 week until expiry on 1/9/2023 to place these shares if they wish.
Pick a number but at 1.5c it’s $3.2M or 2c it’s $4.25M. Quick and easy.
Sure it’s dilution but at .3c it was a worry but at the current share price it’s much less so.
Loving the action again today.
