That's when you desperately need to raise to survive you will not be able to raise at the price you like. In the market where raise money from shares is not the only option, it is a different case. They can receive prepayments for offtake contracts in a desperate market from utilities, debt from financial institutions, and capital raise. This management is one of the best I saw on ASX. The other one was WAF from 20c to 147c in 1 year and half.
