it was a terrible raise at 7c when the share price was 13c. They could have waited 2 months to raise at 10c to fully funded the project not when the trend just began to go up and kill the trend with lowball raise. The trend was so obvious at the time. It shows how incompetent the management is. You will see down the track they will not be able to start their mine and needs more money for their mine again.
The market has less than 30 teams that are competent to develop uranium mines and there are over 500 uranium mines around the globe, which means more than 90% of them may fail.
