    i agree the PEN raise was terrible, I was saying the LOT raise now is not bad.

    PEN also waited to 12 months lows before raising at 13c like 12 months earlier. They still need more money too! Anyway that's another stock, I was simply commenting that they issued essentially 800m shares, not 60m.
