1: the management got PDN asset for peanuts
2: acquired ACB at a very favourable price to extend the production beyond 20 years
3: waited till the uranium price went vertically to begin offtake agreement talks, look at Cameco on the other hand, they had to buy from spot market to sell at their agreed price at 56. Every $5 increase in spot market, their cashflow is down $49 million
4: The $88 million you mentioned is AUD and the fund required for restart is $88 million USD, which is $133.76 million AUD at today’s exchange rate, or 445.87 more shares on issue. If you think the price now is undervalued, why raise at undervalued prices?
