phishpheet pleased that you are so pleased with yourself, but you obviously don't understand the way the Cornell Capital deal works, so once more for the slow learner. They lend money & take shares at a 4% discount to the lowest price during each 20 day period ie 1.7c a few days back, so at 1.63c. They also receive a 5% commission in $'s against the funds provided. If you don't want to believe me, below is an extract from the RMA announcement:

"ReelTime Media Limited (RMA) today secured a $4M facility with US-Based Investment Fund Cornell Capital Partners, LP. Under the terms of the facility, ReelTime may, at its discretion, issue shares to Cornell at any time over the next 24 months, up to a total of $4m. ReelTime may draw down up to $175,000 in any 20 day period. Shares issued to Cornell will be priced at a 4% discount to the lowest daily VWAP of ReelTime shares traded on each of the 20 days trading days which follow an advance notice by ReelTime. A commission of 5% will be payable by ReelTime at the time of issue."

As to your gratuitous regarding MSO, when I checked today on the Comsec site it showed RMA capitalised at $3m, MSO at $11m & QFX at $12m & so your point is?????????

The RMA business model is based on Netflix in the US for downloads, so I'll share with you as I've done elsewhere on HC, the following:

"It seems that from what I read in the International Herald Tribune last Thursday, that in the USA downloads have proved to be a flop, in an article headed "Users can't be choosers with movie downloads". The article makes the point that very few titles are available to download, for example "Netflix for example has 80,000 titles on DVD, but only 2,000 for electronic delivery." it goes on to state that of the titles available to download they are "often not the latest releases".

So with all the talk of downloads & fast broadband last week in the press, it is interesting to see the experience from a major market like the US that broadband delivery is not the 'next big thing' that some would have us believe."
