Having an additional $2.5m cash back in the kitty from the related party receivable could also been very positive, particularity as the Company has $4.1m of debt and $5.2m of trade creditors due to be repaid within 12 months.
The problem with this Company is that it is being run like a private family owned business where the management (family members) use the Company funds like their personal bank accounts.
