Another way looking at it is that Kerogen had a hand experience in UK shale and their head dive into UK shale is a vote of confidence in its prospective. Maybe naive view but Kerogen must know something we don't. But it rise questions is it direct conflicts of intetest for those Kerogen on board of directors at Cuadrilla and AJL. Or a potential merger take over here?
