From my take of things Matsa tried to do a NST with Red October.This did not eventuate.
Post this event these assets have been hived off into another vehicle on potentially favorable terms to MAT shareholders.
All things considered,I am in at the current MC having remaining assets which I suspect will appreciate greatly in 2022.
