still need to wait for steel demand to rebound, there needs something to digest the more than 50% drop of steel demand from china construction sector deep cooling....it could take some years (to possible a decade) to see a meaningful trend reversal for steel demand....either we be patient to wait for the wave to come (it will be a huge one for omh due to being the lowest cost quartile).....or reduce the position and switch to something that has more near/mid term upside....
