Auditor, @RSM: "We draw attention to Note 2 in the financial report, which indicates that the Company incurred a net loss of $8,369,652 during the half year ended 31 December 2024 and, as of that date, the Company's current liabilities exceeded its current assets by $42,128,800.
"As stated in Note 2, these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 2, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern."
