A thunderous big NO.

The entire global investment paradigm changed over the weekend ala TRUMP.

Serious stuff is going to go down in a similar way to previous Crashes. I worked through the 86 and subsequent crashes trying to mitigate losses on the portfolios I managed.

Everyone globally is leveraged into the never ending fortunes that the trends have provided, until now.

Trump intends tariffs on copper just to mention one commodity. I see commodity prices taking a big hit as producers will no longer be able to sell at current prices. No-one will know where the next tarriff gets applied. HMS ??

Markets are going to be hugely risk adverse IMO and any mining company without a current track record of cashflows will be decimated IMO.

Without any financial data and timetable around the JV, how can anyone assess the cashflows in a substantially changed world.

Rather than buy at 3 Contrarian Tiger, I am going to dump my ords holding at 3 and wont be looking to get back in until blood flows on the MRQ SP. I will keep the Options that will no doubt fail at 31/12/25.

I am taking my money and heading for the hills.

If Andrew had been out there away from Bendigo and away from PEAK talking to brokers and institutions they may have been persuaded to hold. But alas everyone is happy that he doesnt. MRQ is going to be one of the first to fold IMO as a result and those followers of his strategy are going to lose their shirts. (an aside her, perhaps shirts are going to far more expensive once the global trade war really kicks in !!)

So, my reply to you Con Tig is ... today's newspaper is tomorrow's fish-n-chip wrapping.

Come the end of the week, maybe fortnight, 2 will trade.
