    Dont be too hard on yourself mate...
    Lets just wait and see what the Administrator comes back with. Like you I believe their is some value there but it will depend whether the Administrator is prepared to listen to us.
    It would be good to see a thread where the assets are factually laid out so at an Administrators meeting we have the information.
